It appears that the entire email string, including communications with the Court, which Ms. Diamond complained was not published, has now been added as a link in the body of the article. What part of that was supposed to make the situation look better? It seems the "complete truth," which Ms. Diamond wanted printed, includes more than a mere lack of civility toward defense counsel. It extends to an utter disregard for speedy trial rights, and as a bonus, includes threats of retaliation against the defendant should her counsel prevail on a motion he has a legal right (and perhaps obligation) to bring. Thanks for clearing that up. I feel a lot better now.
Re: “Kimi's Chop & Oyster House, Bruges Waffles & Frites”
How much would you take to quit using the "word" "sammich" or things of that ilk? You use it in about 50% of your reviews, 100% when "sandwiches," are on the menu. I have seen you in person, and you do not appear to be three years old. Please stop!
