I think the hosts said they'd be inviting Eric back in October for National Coming Out Day ... I think it should be a regular feature!
"Vanilla Shake!" Haha. Love it!
Hm ... sorry about that, j0bi1. Apparently, the YouTube clip was taken down. The good news is that, City Weekly's magical Internet gnomes found the first part of Zach's monologue on Hulu.Unfortunately, the second part, where he lip-syncs "Tomorrow" wearing a Little Orphan Annie dress, must be under double-secret copyright or something, so it wasn't included. Sorry about that. It was funny, though. Oh, Internet!
Thanks, Jerre! My friend Gwen said the same thing about her expression toward the end revealing apprehension. I see that now -- although I would like to think that the couple lived happily ever after! She's got such a quirky and enchanting beauty I wanted to see her face over and over again. Happy Valentine's Day!
Simple & delicious! Thanks, Ted!
Thanks, Ryan. I'm sure you're correct. It's just that on its own website, Pantone represented the color as #E56284.
As you know, the bit-shifted hex value E5 = decimal 229; likewise, hex 62 = dec 98; and hex 84 = dec 132.
These values don't correspond to the RGB(203, 101, 134) -- and I'm pretty confident that, even on a calibrated monitor, RGB(229, 98, 132) comes closer to the actual color. Otherwise, why would Pantone have used it on its website?
Which reminds me of a joke:
Q: Why do computer geeks celebrate Halloween on Christmas?
A: Because Oct 31 = Dec 25.
I know what you mean, thunder_puck -- it's just that the term "teabagger" is so easy to throw in, it makes political commentators lazy. Instead of attacking the incredibly stupid, destructive and short-sighted policies of the Tea Party, they can simply dismiss the whole movement as a bunch of teabagging wackos. This may be true, but it comes across as arrogant. Obviously the left has been losing the debate. It would be better to address the moral bankruptcy of the Tea Party movement on principles.
