Was this an accident? Our first dining experience after being away from Utah for 3 years, and it was amazing! We were skeptical as this was the only restaurant we passed on our 3 mile walk around the 200 s block. We were so hungry, we had to stop. The dining room was gorgeous, decorated in the typical manner that you'd expect an Asian restaurant to look. We were promptly greeted and seated. And before we knew it, we'd ordered Caramel Pork, Sate Bean Curd, and Fresh Spring Rolls. I don't think 5 minutes passed before we had our spring rolls. I couldn't believe how fresh they were. Perhaps two minutes later, and our main course was on the table. The sauces were incredible, the meat perfectly prepared. Our bean curd could have been more crispy, but it still tasted great. The server was attentive, but not overwhelming, the food impeccable. I highly recommend.

Stop by to see Carol's year round "Christmas" tree...It doesn't matter the Holiday, its there....Have a cheap drink, relax and everything is chill. Or, if you are there on Friday and Saturday nights, get ready to jam to live music, currently Perkins plays every weekend! Don't miss this bar, its truly a home away from home!

The 5 Monkeys is the worse bar I have been in in a long time. The staff is very very rude there security have very bad attutides and I dont feel that you have to treat people like crap just because you work in a bar.I will never return to the 5 monkeys again due to the staff, the over priced drinks and the bad food.

Re: “Litza's Pizza

Litzas Pizza has to be the absolute BEST pizza in Salt Lake City! We've been loving their pizza for MANY, MANY YEARS! Even the message on their sign the other day (WELCOME BACK SISTER SO AND SO) won't keep me away from Litzas! Try it! You'll like it!!

Re: “Roof Restaurant

The Roof Restaurant is TRULY a joke and a place to stay away from! When we went there for dinner several months ago they sat us at a TINY corner table (even though the place was pretty much empty)! There was absolutely NO elbow room at all! The food (with the exception of the salads and desserts) was HORRIBLE and really not edible! The prime rib was bland (to say the least) and the other meats and the veggies were TERRIBLE tasting! You get a far, far better buffet at the Chuck-A-Rama at less than a fourth the price!

I live in this neighborhood and used to drive by the Cotton Bottom all the time. When I was little, I always thought the rabbit on the sign was Bugs Bunny! Ha!But seriously, awesome burgers!

Recently we held my Mother and Fathers 50th aniversary party at Cedars of Lebanon. They made the evening wonderful! The staff was Awesome, going out of their way to make us feel special! The food was Fabulous, the atmosphere romantic and exotic...We couldn't have had it at a better place. Thank you Marlene, Raffi and all the staff!

Re: “Road Island Diner

We made the trip to Oakley to see this Diner we have heard so much about by our car club. It was tucked in the mountains and was a throw back to earlier times. A beautiful restoration paired with great comfort food. What more could we ask for? I had the Blue Plate Special which was glazed pork chop with the fixin's and my wife had the Reuben. The Onion rings are the best I've ever tasted. The prices are great and the plate was full. I recommed the drive and meal.
