Re: “The Americans, Arrested Development

Would it be safe to assume that the picture of "Bill Frost" in today's web page is not really Mr Frost? Just wondering.

Re: “Army Wives, Couples Retreat, Dead Tone, Gary Unmarried, Maneater

You know what would kick ass, if Wasatch made this beer a promotional one the way Squatters did with Chasing Tail. If Wasatch donated a portion of the proceeds to Restore Our Humanity I'd drink the hell out of this beer. But if they don't I'll still probably drink a lot of it.

Re: “Big Love, Chuck, The Final Destination, Fifty Dead Men Walking, Trucker

Just wondering why this artcle's title is Sex, Booze and Gay Mormons when there was only one posting of an anonymous person saying he was gay. Should have been titled something else. A better title would have been College Confessions.

Re: “G-Force, Girl From Monaco, The Hangover, Inglorious Basterds, Pussycat Dolls Workout

Next time you send this fella out to take weird photos, make sure he knows what your definition of 'weird' is. Most of these are pretty much your normal State Fair photos, but ones like the cowboy stretching, the horse with its head nearly under the truck and the donut-on-a-string eating are truly different.

Re: “Jack Reacher, 30 Rock

To be honest, I don't mind my action flicks having some flaws (or even some bad acting)--as long as they provide the action. So since I missed Jack Reacher in the theater, I'm getting excited to see it now that it's out on video. Although I'm just hoping for some good, mindless, fun I'm not quite confident enough to buy it without seeing it first, so I put it in my Blockbuster @Home queue and I expect it to be in my mailbox shortly. As an employee of DISH I like to try out all the different services we come out with, and I love this one. Before I signed up for Blockbuster @Home from DISH, I'd end up buying a lot of DVDs and Blu-rays that would get watched once and then set on a shelf to collect dust. Now I get to rent all the movies and video games I want while paying a flat-monthly charge. It's saved me a considerable amount of money over the past year.

Re: “Seven Psychopaths, Femme Fatales

Thanks for posting these on these new releases, Bill. I’m looking for a few good films to rent. My position at DISH had me traveling a lot last year, so I am more than a little behind on my movie and TV watching. But, I’ve been getting all caught up now that I have the DISH Blockbuster @Home service; they offer over 100,000 Blu-ray or DVD TV shows, Movies and video games by mail, so I can easily rent anything that I’ve missed out on. My wife and I have been looking forward to Seven Psychopaths, so that is already in our queue, but I haven’t heard much about All Superheroes Must Die; I think we might give that a shot too.

Re: “Ted, Girls

Out of all of those, I’m most excited about Ted. I had planned on seeing it in the theater, like you, but what can I say, life kept getting in the way. Several of my coworkers at DISH saw it though, and they loved it. So since it left the theaters I’ve been waiting anxiously, for its video release. And of course, it comes out right before Christmas when I’m broke LOL. But that’s okay I suppose, I’m still going to get to see it soon because I have DISH’s Blockbuster@Home, which is a subscription rental service for games and movies. And since I pay the same thing for it every month, no matter how often I get a new game/movie, it’s already factored into my budget (which saves me a lot of money too). I already put it in my Blockbuster@Home queue, and I can’t wait until it shows up in my mailbox, which shouldn’t be long since they ship rather quickly!

Re: “Crazy Stupid Love, Tabloid

I know there are a lot of Steve Carell fans out there, but I don’t normally get into anything he does, but in Crazy, Stupid, Love, I found him to be pretty amusing. So was the rest of the cast too. I was actually hesitant to even rent this one, what with Steve Carell and that it was yet again, another romantic comedy. But I went ahead and put it in my Blockbuster Movie Pass queue anyway, which is great ‘no risk’ service because if it had been really bad, I could have simply taken it in for an in-store exchange. Luckily though, I was pleasantly surprised, it delivered a lot of laughs. As a DISH Network employee, I was really excited when the Blockbuster Movie Pass came out, it’s an awesome service that includes DVD’s, Blu-rays, and video games all by mail, instant streaming to my receiver and computers, and 20 movie channels for $10 a month, and with the in-store exchanges option, I feel totally confident taking risks on movies I wouldn’t normally bother with. It’s really rounded out my entertainment options.

Re: “Captain America, A Little Help

Personally I liked the movie; Captain America portrayed a hero in a different light and I liked it. One way you can check it out is by using the new Blockbuster Movie Pass. Right now if you switch to DISH Network you can get Blockbuster Movie Pass FREE for 3 months! There are over 100,000 titles to choose from. As a DISH Network customer and employee I can tell you that if you’re in the mood for the movie that’s not in your queue, that’s no problem! You can get a different title right now with instant in-store exchanges instead of waiting for the mail.
