Re: “Event Fatigue

At least they stopped doing crap like 'variant collecter foil covers'.

If anybody's interested I have a highly valuable entire Clone Saga foil cover set with original pogs to sell with a bridge.

Re: “Comic Books on the iPad

I haven't bought a monthly comic in ages. All I do now is buy trade paperbacks. I've been thinking about taking the plunge into digital, but I've found that I don't enjoy reading comics from a computer screen.
If, however, I had an iPad my opinion might change. The problem with reading from most computers or laptops is that the orientation is all wrong unless you have a big enough screen. With the iPad it's just the right size and the correct orientation to read a comic. Too bad I don't have $500 laying around to buy one.

Re: “Comic Books on the iPad

Well, to each their own.. I collect "real" Comics and have started reading Digital. If I could get Digital copies of my collection, what a great way to preserve them..... I too enjoy walking thru the Comic Book stores.. .

Re: “Comic Books on the iPad

Lame.
I never want digital to overtake print. For books or comics. I love the feel of a comic book in my hands. I love the smell of it. I love flipping pages. I love going to the comice book store and browsing.
I really don't LIKE to read anything on a screen especially for an extended period of time.

Re: “Comics | Verse, Chorus, Repeat: Dave Chisholm strikes a chord with Let’s Go to Utah

*actually, Mike was part of the original line up, if i’m not mistaken. once again, not a big deal, but nonetheless...1 of the 3 that quit was an original member.
