Wine Wednesday: Bonny Doon Clos de Gilroy

A longtime fan of Bonny Doon wines and winemaker/philosopher/wordsmith/raconteur Randall Grahm, I especially like his Bonny Doon Clos de Gilroy ($19). As Grahm puts it, Clos de Gilroy isn't made from the "weapons-grade Grenache" that he uses to produce Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant.

Fisher Brewing Company

Drinking and talking about the reformation of a classic Utah brewery.
Last month a group of friends came together and did a couple of really awesome things for local beer. First, they set up a brewery in the granary district as the area is slowly being revitalized.
