Distillery at Blue Sky Ranch, $95
Food and wine pairings have been the rage for years, but why does wine get to have all the fun? Everything goes well with whiskey – especially if it’s from High West. Join proprietor and head distiller David Perkins for an afternoon at High West’s new distillery and refectory at Blue Sky Ranch. Sample single malts, bourbons, rye whiskeys and “bou-ryes,” each paired with a sensational small plate crafted by the culinary team at High West. Then after the luncheon, enjoy a VIP tour of High West’s new state of the art whiskey facility.

St. Regis Deer Valley, $95
Jump on and clip-in for this unique event combining two of Park City’s top world-class activities: biking and dining. Led by mountain bike enthusiast and executive chef Chip McMullin, the ride will follow Park City and Deer Valley’s premier single-track terrain, with trails available for either expert- or intermediate-level riders. After the ride, enjoy a showcased lunch by Chef Chip at J&G Grill, complemented with wines from Michael David Winery and winemaker Scott Ferry.
BRUNCH BRUNCH BABY
Sunday, July 12, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Salt Lake Culinary Center, $95
The classic comes to a close with this interactive brunch experience. Whether you love to cook – or simply love to eat – brunch is the order of the day and cooking skills are no obstacle. The culinary center’s chef instructors will lead guests through a hands-on cooking experience preparing brioche French toast with fresh berries and mascarpone, baked eggs with spinach, prosciutto and parmigiano-reggiano, and sweet potato-pork belly hash. Special cocktails will be provided by Wine Academy of Utah owner and sommelier James Santangelo.
Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the
People’s Health Clinic, a nonprofit that provides healthcare for uninsured individuals and families in Utah’s Summit and Wasatch counties. Last year, the classic raised more than $30,000 for the clinic.
