This Saturday, January 10th,
Finca restaurant will host a wine dinner in it's new location with the theme "Pioneering the New Chile." The evening will spotlight two premium wine producers from Chile: Amayna and Merino.
The wine dinner will feature the wines of of two of Chile's most dynamic new winemakers: Rene Merino from Merino winery and Matias Carces Silva, of Amayna.
The evenings dishes - prepared by executive chef Phelix Gardner - and wine pairings are as follows:

Croquetas de Bacalao + garlic chive and grapefruit salsa verde + Amayna “Barrel Fermented” 2009 + SAUVIGNON BLANC + Leyda Valley
