It doesn’t even feel like spring is here yet, but today, the fine organizers of the Rooftop Concert Series reminded us that summer is coming—and it’s going to sound awesome.---
Every year, the Rooftop Concert Series brings huge crowds to the Provo Town Square parking terrace at 100 North and 100 West for its outdoor evening showcases of some of the best local bands around. Previous years have seen acts as influential as Mindy Gledhill (pictured above, courtesy of the Rooftop Concert Series' Facebook page), Mideau, Joshua James, Polytype, Jay William Henderson, The New Electric Sound and more.
Since 2014 is the Rooftop Concert Series’ fifth anniversary, the lineup had to be worthy of such a milestone. And with The House of Lewis, Desert Noises, Mimi Knowles, The Blue Aces and more stellar names in the bag, music lovers should set aside every first Friday of the month from May to October and head out to treat their ears to high-caliber local music.
