The Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing took action on two Utah doctors, including a Utah County doctor who prescribed “large numbers of opiates” to a patient.---

According to records of DOPL's disciplinary citations, Payson doctor Nolan Money's license was revoked and placed on probation for “unprofessional conduct with regards to prescribing large numbers of opiates to a patient.”

Meanwhile, Sandy doctor David Max Anderson had his license modified to prescribe and administer certain controlled substances following discipline from 2011 for abusing controlled substances and other “unprofessional conduct.”
