Wellness Weekend in Park City

Put your mind and body in synch for the fall with a “Wellness Weekend” in Park City. ---

The Waldorf Astoria Spa at Canyons Resort is hosting a Friday-through-Sunday retreat Sept. 27-29, focusing on hormones and metabolism. The event will include guest speakers, a guided hike and a massage or facial treatment  also part of the weekend package.

If you can’t make that weekend, Waldorf Astoria Spa is still a great getaway spot, whether it’s just for an afternoon or a longer weekend visit. Spread over 16,000 square feet, the spa includes 15 treatment rooms, as well as a hair and nail salon. Stop by for a couples treatment or Thai massage, relax in the Pilates studio, pump up the volume in Zumba class, grab a bite to eat in the Gathering Room or burn some calories on a treadmill.

There’s no reason relaxation and wellness can’t go hand in hand this fall.
