Salt Lake Electric Ensemble, Polytype

The Utah Arts Festival came and went this past weekend with an array of awesome art and performances, but if you left the house you already knew that. --- This year's fest was bumped up a week earlier than normal, featuring more out-of-state artists than ever, a Craft Lake City booth to build glowing robots, the Salt Lake Community College Community Writing Center bombarded the area with fridge-magnet poetry, over 100 bands and performing artists over five stages, and then there were the Bandaloop performers who were dancing on the side of the City Library's glass windows.
