Glad You Asked: Parquet Courts, Jamestown Revival and More!

Dear GYA, I would like to announce to everyone that I will be in an upcoming movie about some Chilean miners who were ... something, something; I don't really know -- I wasn't paying attention.--- I think it's a musical centered around gold-digging. Anything happening today as solid as a song & dance routine with some Chilean miners? -- Jennifer Lopez
Jennifer, I can't wait to hear the catchy songs and well-choreographed dance numbers in this movie; hopefully, Mark Anthony is also involved. Here's what's up for today:
Indie-punk band Parquet Courts will be performing at The Urban Lounge this evening. Pentagraham Crackers and Koala Temple are also on the bill. The show starts at 9. Tickets are $8.
Folk duo Jamestown Revival will be onstage at Bar Deluxe tonight. Crooks and The Wolf will open up. The 21+ show starts at 8.
Acoustic twanger Blue Eyed Son will be at Kilby Court. The Craves and her luminaria will warm it up. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $7.
