Wine Wednesday: Mulderbosch Dinner at Fleming's

Mark your social calendar for Friday, May 24. That's when Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar at The Gateway will host a wine dinner featuring Mulderbosch wines from South Africa. ---
Chef-Partner Brandon Mikulich will create a five-course menu to accompany the wines from Mulderbosch Vineyards, a South African winery dedicated to biodiversity. The menu and wine pairings are as follows:
Grill Pork & Lamb Sosa Tie with Chardonnay 2012
Spring Greens Salad with Mussels and Grilled Sausage and Rose 2012
Swiss Chard Bobotie & Egg Custard with Chenin Blanc 2012
Grill Filet Mignon with Black Currant & Green Peppercorn Sauce with Faithful House Cab-Merlot Blend 2007
Jan Ellis Pudding Tartlets with Coffee and Espresso
Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $40 per person for dinner and $30 per person for the optional wine pairings.
