Pioneer Theatre Company officially announced a 2013-2014 season that includes Shakespeare, a musical elf and a few good men. ---

Artistic Director Karen Azenberg's second full season at Pioneer Theatre Company launches in September with Something's Afoot, a musical/comedy/mystery spoof of Agatha Christie-style whodunnits. The season's other musicals include the Broadway adaptation of the popular Will Ferrell comedy Elf, and the popular song-and-dance classic Sweet Charity.

The season's plays include the Utah premiere of Jon Robert Baitz's 2012 Pulitzer Prize finalist and Outer Circle Critics Award-winner Other Desert Cities; Aaron Sorkin's military courtroom drama A Few Good Men; Ira Levin's classic mystery Deathtrap; and Shakespeare's comedy Much Ado About Nothing.

Season ticket packages are available at the Pioneer Theatre Company website, or by phone at 801-581-6961.
