Man gracefully dances with giant chain while waiting for TRAX

If you're a frequent user of TRAX you probably think you've seen it all. But, have you witnessed anything as majestic as a man in a black-leather duster, whirling a galvanized-steel chain around his body like Neo from the Matrix?--- While working on this week's Best of Utah issue Tuesday afternoon, the City Weekly staff was blessed with an impromptu viewing of a man practicing for the war against the machines. What you're about to see can only be described as hypnotizing:
This video only begs the question, who is this magnificent chain dancer?
