Kebab Fest @ Saffron Valley

I received a tasty and tempting note from Lavanya Mahate, owner of Saffron Valley Indian Street Food restaurant in South Jordan. Next week, Saffron Valley is hosting its second-annual Kebab Carnival, --- which will feature menus with over 30 varieties of kebabs from different regions of India.
The Kebab Carnival at Saffron Valley begins on Oct. 29 and continues through Nov. 4, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., daily.
Among the exotic kebabs being offered are chapli kebab, tandoori tikka, nihari boti kebab, reshmi kebab, shikampuri kebab, lamb seekh kebab, and many, many more.
