City planners need your input on how to best rezone the properties located in Salt Lake City’s iconic 9th and 9th neighborhood.---
Between 700 and 900 South and 700 and 900 East roughly 189 properties make up SLC’s 9th and 9th neighborhood, an eclectic destination spot for the city that will soon need rezoning to meet the changing face of the neighborhood. By attending this open house, you can not only learn about new proposed projects and development in the neighborhood ,but you also can speak in favor of the zoning and ordinance that you believe will help preserve and strengthen the character of the neighborhood.
Show up and speak out at Roland Hall Middle School, 843 S. Lincoln Street, Friday, Oct. 19, 6 p.m.—8 p.m.
For more information, or if you can’t attend the open house, you can learn more about the process by contacting Salt Lake City Planning staffer Ray Milliner at 801-535-7645 or ray.milliner@slcgov.com
