On Wednesday, Sept. 26, Slow Food Park City will host a unique field trip to Real Salt and Real Foods Market in Heber City. ---

Real Salt is a Utah product, an all-natural and certified-Kosher salt that comes from a deep-sea salt bed near Redmond, Utah, and is prepared at its facility adjacent to Heber's Real Foods Market.

The Real Foods Market features grass-fed, free-range animal products and an emphasis on chemical-free, organic, nutrient-rich foods.

The Slow Food Park City field trip is open to the public and will take place from 10:30 a.m. to approximately 1 p.m. at the Real Foods Market. A $15 per person charge will include the cost of a Fall Harvest -hemed, gluten-free lunch at the market.

For more information and to reserve your space, call Lynne Rutan at 801-244-5441, or e-mail her at rutans@comcast.net.
