Trekkers, Trekkies and other associated Starfleet enthusiasts: Tonight is all about you at the Kearns Library. ---

The Salt Lake County Library branch in Kearns (5350 S. 4220 West) hosts a special Star Trek-themed evening, beginning at 6 p.m. Included are guest appearances by actors with Trek connections: Craig Richard Nelson, who logged guest appearances on both Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager; and Mary Rice, who was the first female Vulcan. Members of the local Star Trek fan organization U.S.S. Kelly will also be on hand.

The centerpiece of the evening will be a showing of a Star Trek feature film selected by online vote through the Salt Lake County Library's Facebook page. Snacks will be provided, so come join the fun.
