Dear GYA, Being a Canadian, you know I went huge for Canada Day. It's my favorite day of the year and all, but now I have a serious Canadian hangover. You see, yesterday I put on my best cut-off jean jacket and spent the entire afternoon guzzling syrup and listening to Robin Sparkles. Anything happening today a little less Canadian? - Brendan Fraser---

Brendan, I know what you mean. Last year for Canada Day, I woke up in a hospital because of a ham -- sorry, I mean Canadian bacon -- overdose. Here's what's happening tonight:

Do you want to know where the love shack is tonight? Easy, head to Red Butte Garden, because everyone's favorite party band, The B-52s will be on stage. As the song states, make sure you have your jukebox money. Squeeze will be opening up. The party starts at 7 p.m.

DF Studios is now hosting a slew of dance classes for all you rug cutters, ranging from bachata, ballroom and salsa, just to name a few. Experts are welcome, but no dance experience is necessary. Come on,  no one expects you to be Patrick Swayze right off the bat. Times vary, so click the link for more info.

15th Street Gallery will showcase the work of popular artist Trent Call. Well known for his street-art style, Call's exhibit includes nudes, still lifes, portraits, landscapes and subjects not usually approached by an artist typically known for "making a mess of things."

Other worthwhile things happening tonight;

- Pub Quiz Night at The Republican, starting at 9:30 p.m.

- The musical comedy Crazy For You will be performed at the Hale Center Theater in Orem, beginning at 7:30 p.m.

- Just like every every Monday this summer, Tracy Aviary will be offering $5 admission after 5 p.m.
