You know, I've been doing shows since 1985 using my holographic earrings and no one seems to remember that little nugget of truth. Jeopardy champion Ken Jennings will be holding a signing for his new book Maphead at The King's English Bookshop tonight at 7 p.m. His last book, Brainiac, was all about the wild world of trivia; however, this time around Jennings gives readers a glimpse into his other obsession, geography. This is event is free to attend.
Remember back in the early 2000s when every band had some irrelevant number attached to its name? Well, some are starting to make a comeback and this time around SLC is treated to Eve 6 at In The Venue. The show starts at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are going for $14.50. Don't remember Eve 6? Father of The Bride will be debuting at the Hale Centre Theatre tonight at 7:30 p.m. It's the theatrical story of a neurotic father who refuses to let his his daughter have a life of her own. Legend has it you'll laugh and cry -- maybe even at the same time. Tickets are going for $15-$26.
