Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker is now taking appointments for brief one-on-one meetings with citizens to discuss any city topic, on Dec. 14--- If you want to speak your mind with the mayor on any subject from parking enforcement to the Jordan Soccer Complex, now is the time to put your name on the list.

Starting today, citizens can schedule a 10-minute time slot to meet with the Mayor Becker on Dec. 14. Residents are reminded to keep the subject matter to citywide issues.

If you’ve had a one-on-one with the mayor in the last six months, you will be excluded from signing up. Your request can also be declined if you have pending legal action with the city. Residents are also reminded that these meetings are not the appropriate venue to contest a past city decision that may have affected you or your property.

Those interested can call 801-535-7704 to schedule an appointment, or visit the mayor’s office in person at the Salt Lake City & County Building, 451 S. State, Room 306.
