For this podcast we spoke with Matt Caputo, marketing director at Tony Caputo’s Market (314 West 300 South). Matt is a locavore aficionado and connoisseur of wine, cheese, chocolate and so on. He joined City Weekly today to talk about the world of fine cheese.
Caputo’s Market offers a slew of tasting classes, including an Intro to Fine Cheese and Wine. The next class will be held Monday, Oct. 17 at 7:15 p.m., followed by similar classes wrapped around a holiday theme on November 14 and December 19.
