Updated July 14: Utah now has four women’s roller-derby leagues: Salt Lake City’s Salt City Derby Girls (est. 2005) and Wasatch Roller Derby (2009), and Ogden’s Junction City Roller Dolls (2008) and O-Town Derby Dames (2008). ---

Additionally, Salt Lake City has new recreational derby league Red Rockettes, and men’s league Uinta Madness, as well as a children's league and perhaps even a long-rumored (OK, only by me) pets league. There's even the Southern Utah Derby Dames in godforsaken St. George. If you're unaware of roller derby in Utah, you're not looking or you work for the local "sports" media.

Below are the 2011 bout schedules for the local Big 4, all subject to revisions, updates and general chaos—this is women's roller derby, after all. Bout recaps to be added as the season progresses.

The Salt City Derby Girls have not yet announced a 2011 local bout schedule (projected start: Late summer); this year, SCDG becomes a banked-track league.

SCDG’s home teams for 2011 remain the Death Dealers (2010 Champions), Leave It to Cleavers, Bomber Babes and Sisters of No Mercy.
