Laugh on Doug Stanhope's DVD!

A comedy recording isn't much without people laughing along in an audience. That's where Doug Stanhope needs you. ---
The stand-up comic will be recording his new CD/DVD over two performances at The Complex, July 19 at 7:30 and 10 p.m. Tickets are $19 in advance and $22 day of show.
Salt Lake City might not seem like an obvious venue for Stanhope. This is a guy whose performances generally are accompanied by a beer bottle perpetually in hand, who has performed routines advocating for every drug to be legal (and especially for teenagers), insulting nationalism and tearing up the idea of Jesus dying for your sins. In other words, be forewarned: Stanhope will be militantly offensive, you will laugh, and you will go directly to hell.
