Legislature to Discuss Nursing Homes and other Care Facilities

An interim committee meeting of the Legislature will discuss reporting requirements tomorrow for nursing homes and other care facilities Tuesday morning.---
The Legislature’s Administrative Rules Review Committee will meet Tuesday to discuss the state of reporting requirements incumbent upon nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. Representatives of the state office of the Long-term Care Ombudsman, Adult Protective Services and others will be on hand to discuss the issue.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
