Whiskey Wednesdays

Every Wednesday up in Park City, High West Distillery & Saloon hosts "Whiskey Wednesday," a mid-week celebration that includes whiskey, live music and special small-plate specials. ---
From 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, High West features live music along with dishes such as baby red-jalapeno chili relleno with beer-rubbed Alpine cheese and BBQ drizzle with a suggested pairing of Russell's Reserve Bourbon Whiskey. Another tempting Whiskey Wednesday treat is bison carpaccio with smoked onion and roasted corn relish - suggested pairing High West Bourye.%uFFFD
