Starting this week of quality concert choices on the good foot, here’s three very worthy Monday options.---

The Felice Brothers have shed their skin on their latest efforts, Celebration Florida. And in doing so, the good-times roots band has incorporated all manner of ethereal synthy snafus on their Fat Possum debut. This should be interesting for witnessing their newfound sonic glory and to see how they pull it off live. The added benefit of seeing a concert at late-night Urban tonight is to bask in this long-awaited Spring day.

Over at The Depot, Tim Reynolds and TR3 will play. The notable guitarist and incredible multi-instrumentalist hailing from Charlottesville, Va. leaped to popular culture’s attention by playing with Dave Matthews on acoustic sets and with the Dave Matthews Band proper. But Reynolds has been busting his chops touring for years and introducing the nation slowly to his brand of alternative--by that I mean weird and esoteric--stylings.

And for something completely different, Danzig is playing at the Great Saltair. As I started to write this paragraph and thought about how much I was not into the Devil-worshipping rock legend, I choked on my coffee and went into a coughing fit and sprayed the beverage everywhere. So, even if you don’t enjoy Danzig’s music, don’t hate it lest you have a near-death experience like me. Or, if you’re into that sort of music, have fun tonight.
