Tuesday's entertainment options are the very definition of diverse.---

The coolest just might be at the Columbus Community Center, for an event called Today's Artists, Tomorrow's Leaders: Opening Showcase. A slew of elementary school kids from South Salt Lake City have been taking after-school art classes at the Pioneer Craft House, and tonight at 6:30 p.m. they'll debut their work.

With spring allegedly here, many of us are hitting the outdoors, hard, after a winter of being holed up inside gyms or several layers of clothes. REI on 33rd South is hosting a Bike Maintenance for Women seminar Tuesday at 7 p.m., so the lady readers out there can get ready to spin to their hearts' content in the great outdoors.

The King's English is hosting author Rita Mae Brown, pictured, who will be reading from her new mystery, The Hiss of Death, at 7 p.m.

And on the music tip, country chanteuse Terri Clark headlines at The State Room, Cameron McGill, Chamberlin and The Weekenders are performing at The Urban Lounge, and Matt Weitz and Ben Rector are playing at Kilby Court.
