Top Dogs of the Rockies

City Weekly writers held sway at the Top of the Rockies competition, a regional contest sponsored by the Society of Professional Journalists Region 9. --- Competing against papers from Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Wyoming in the 10,000 to 75,000 circulation range, the paper garnered a dozen awards, four of them first place. While the big reception is set for April 15 in Denver, winners were announced on the local SPJ chapter's website here.
We're especially proud of the Legal Investigative/Enterprise Reporting category, where our reporters took 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.
