Dutch Oven World Championship in Sandy

The 2011 International Dutch Oven Society’s World Championship Cook Off will be held at the South Towne Expo Center located at 9455 South State, Sandy, Utah --- during the International Sportsman's Expo Show. The semifinals are on Thursday and Friday, March 17th and March 18th. The finals are on Saturday, March 19th.
The International Dutch Oven Society (IDOS) is a non-profit organization with the goals to preserve and promote the skills and art of Dutch oven cooking. From it's beginnings in the Rocky Mountains, IDOS has grown to it's current status as the largest and most productive group of black pot enthusiasts in the world. The IDOS motto is Good Food, Good Friends, and Good Fun.
On Thursday and Friday, the ISE show opens to the public at noon.
On Saturday, the ISE show opens at 10:00 am to the public.
