As John Saltas put it, "A headline waiting to happen, happened." The 29-year-old, 572 pound former college football player who became known as a spokesman for the Heart Attack Grill, has died. --- The Heart Attack Grill is a Phoenix-area eatery famous for menu items such as Bypass Burgers and Flatlliner Fries (fried in pig lard), where customers are referred to as "patients" and orders ("prescriptions") are taken by women in sexy nurse uniforms.
