High West Showdown

Tomorrow, January 26th, Park City's High West Distillery and Saloon will host the first-ever Sundance Showdown, a cocktail contest featuring four "celebrity" bartenders. --- The “Iron Chef” style contest will feature a secret ingredient that bartenders must incorporate into their libations. Bartenders will participate in three rounds, the last of which is chosen based on the crowd’s favorite. A live band will perform throughout the evening. The event is free to the public.
Participating bartenders include Christian Schurr (High West Distillery, Park City), Dustin M.C. Smith (Red Door, Salt Lake City), Ryan McGrale (Flatiron Lounge, New York City) and Bill Codman (Woodward Tavern, Boston).
Contest judges include David Perkins (High West owner), Dana Williams (Park City Mayor) and Shannon Bahrke (3-time Olympian).
The Sundance Showdown at High West Distillery begins at 10:30 PM.
