Chefdance 2011

Chefdance 2011 at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City kicks off tomorrow night, January 21st. The confirmed chef line-up includes a couple of local, not-so-celebrity (yet) chefs from Salt Lake City. ---
For five nights during the Sundance Film Festival, an all-star lineup of guest chefs and wine makers come together to produce a series of luxurious, one-off four-course dinners for 250 invited and sponsored guests.
The Chefdance schedule for this year features:
Jan. 21: Brian Malarkey, Season 3 "Top Chef" from Bravo
Jan. 22: Jared Van Camp, Quality Social, San Diego
Jan. 23: Kerry Simon, Palms Place, Las Vegas
Jan. 24: Michael Chow from Mr. Chow, various locations
Jan. 25: Jared Young and Billy Sotello, Faustina, Salt Lake City
Young and Sotello secured a spot at Chefdance by winning the Nicholas & Co. Iron Chef cookoff, which included an invitation to cook at Chefdance. Congratulations to these two talented local chefs!
