Awesome, right? Love the original, but this is going to replace it for me this year.

Now, on with the fun in and around Salt Lake City Wednesday. Sweatshop Union is headling a gig at Kilby Court, while DJ Dapper spins at The Woodshed, Wasnatch headlines a show at the Star Bar in Park City and Talia Keys of Marinade does a solo show at the Hog Wallow.

Looking for something a bit more literary. No worries. Richelle Mead reads from her Vampire Academy tales at the Main Library at 7 p.m.
