Tis’ the season to see if your doctor has been naughty or nice. A new doctor enters City Weekly’s Doctor Discipline database for unlawful online prescriptions while another doctor pays his dues and has all licenses and privileges reinstated.---

New to the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing’s physicians’ discipline roster is Dr. Robert E. Morrow of Layton, who, on Nov. 18, 2010, surrendered his license to practice and administer controlled substances for at least five years as a result of his “unprofessional and unlawful conduct in his practice of medicine with respect to prescribing prescription medications to internet pharmacy users.”

In other licensee news, Terrell L. Sellers, M.D., has fulfilled all his probationary requirements and has had all license privileges reinstated after having first been disciplined by DOPL in 2002.
