Red Rock Brewing Company is hosting its first-ever beer pairing dinner, this Wednesday, December 8, at the Redstone Center location in Park City. --- "It's only taken 16.5 years!" said Red Rock partner Eric Dunlap, about their inaugural beer pairing bash.
On hand for the dinner will be Red Rock's head brewer (and a very entertaining one), Kevin Templin. The four-course dinner features a unique menu created by chef Andee.
First Course: Pumpkin Bisque with an herb and garlic crostini & crispy sage paired with Griswald’s Big Holiday
Second Course: Beet & Goat Cheese Ravioli, micro greens, toasted pine nuts & a balsamic reduction paired with Honey Wheat
Third Course: Rosemary & Peppercorn Grilled Venison Chop with a chanterelle demi-glace, chestnut cherry pilaf & grilled asparagus paired with Elephant Double IPA
Fourth Course: A Bittersweet Trio resting in a pool of spiced ganache (a pistachio crusted truffle, a macaroon, a chocolate covered strawberry) paired with Oatmeal Stout
The cost for the dinner is $25 for all four food courses and $10 for the four beers, per person. The event begins at 6:30 PM.
