There ain't no party like a political party's party.---

Tuesday night could offer a lot of reasons to celebrate or, depending on your political leanings, drown your sorrows with a stiff drink.

There's still some intrigue. Will the Democrats hold the U.S. Senate? Will Rep. Jim Matheson hold his seat in the House? Will Peter Corroon or Sam Granato pull a Cinderella upset?

At 8 p.m., the polls close, and it generally takes a few hours for results to roll in. So, to pass the time, there's at least a few hotbeds for political junkies to visit. Check the embedded map below for locations of party gatherings, and shoot me an e-mail at jloftin@cityweekly.net if you would like to add your own Election Night party. Finally, wherever you're at, watch CityWeekly.net for a live blog of the night's results.
