Harvest season offerings include a grilled filet of beef with duck fat roasted Yukon gold potatoes, watercress, grilled asparagus in a horseradish creme fraiche and bordelaise sauce; crispy Utah rainbow trout with mashed potatoes, baby green beans and jalapeño meuniere; and a light goat cheese gnocchi with seared summer squashes, garlic, chili flake, cherry tomatoes and a roasted tomato coulis.
