Who says there is nothing to do in Utah on Sundays? Artists for Corroon is presenting a Classical Rock the Vote this Sunday, October 17.---

Professional artists, musicians from Utah Symphony, renowned tenor Robert Breault and dancers from Ririe Woodbury Dance Company are joining forces to support Mayor Peter Corroon in his bid for governor. With a program featuring performances of Bach, Mozart, Bernstein's "Maria" from West Side Story, and dance pieces such as Caine Keenan's "Elre" or Tom Mattingly's "Prone," there couldn't be a better way to celebrate Corroon's support of the arts.

100% of your ticket price for this unique performance will go to support the Corroon campaign. Looking to support Corroon further? Various works by visual artists will also be up for purchase via silent auction, and those proceeds will also go to the Corroon campaign.

The performance begins at 6 p.m. at the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by calling 801-355-ARTS or visiting www.arttix.org
