Erika's Last Day at The Bayou

You've seen her in City Weekly ads and behind the bar for years, but Bayou bartender Erika Palmer hangs it all up today--to sell booze on the other side of the counter. ---
From owner Mark Alston's Bayou Blog: "Erika's last day at The Bayou is here. We knew it couldn't last forever but still it seems so soon. Erika has gotten a job offer in liquor sales that she simply couldn't refuse. Her two boys will be super happy to eat dinner regularly with mom again. I imagine and hope that she will still be seen at The Bayou on a regular basis, just on the other side of the bar. Come in and give her a good send off."
UtahBeer has also paid tribute to the "beer wench," Bye-Bye Erika. Who's gonna be in the ads now?
