Utah: Fat on Scones

Scones -- Utah's favorite food next to Jell-O -- is in the news this week. First, Food Network Magazine named "The Tastiest Breakfast in Every State" and the Utah winner was the scone at Sill's Cafe in Layton. --- Other winners included Philadelphia scrapple and a reindeer sausage omelet from Alaska. And now, Health.com has selected "The 50 Fattiest Food in the States." And the Utah winner? You guessed it: Utah scones which, of course, is essentially deep-fried dough, slathered with butter and/or honey.
