Grammy Highlights: Train-Free

I didn't watch the Grammys last night, mostly because I don't have a proper television feed. No, I'm not against television, we just have zero reception in our apartment. So, I guess I'm like the opposite of the dude in Early Edition: Instead of finding a newspaper on my doorstep each morning announcing future events, I get a Hulu broadcast updating me on events that occurred 24 hours ago. Truthfully, though, the whole affair is generally pretty disappointing. Remember Train? They won a Grammy. I think that's when I stopped caring. That said, some highlights emerged last night including--- Stephen Colbert winning Best Comedy Album for A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift of All!, Steve Earle taking home a gold statue for Best Contemporary Folk Album and French indie-favorites Phoenix followed up a bevy of Best of 09 accolades by securing Best Alternative Music Album. Here they are performing a "take away" version of their hit, "1901." Makes me smile every time:
