Conan & Jay in Late Night Hell

New development in NBC's colossal late-night clusterfuck: Conan tells NBC to suck it. Last night, Conan, Leno, Letterman and Craig Ferguson (the best of the lot, says me) all weighed in. Even the guys not stuck on NBC are pissed! ---
So far: NBC has killed The Jay Leno Show at 9 pm primetime; it's over on Friday, Feb. 12 (right before the Winter Olympics). After the Olympics, the net wants to move Jay back to 10:35 (Mountain/Central), Conan to 11:05, Jimmy Fallon to 12:05 and Carson Daly to the parking lot with a Stickam.
Best case: Conan quits NBC, takes a salary hit, moves to Fox and produces his show on his terms. It ain't The Tonight Show, but his audience will stick with him--and wouldn't it be great to see a millionaire entertainer choose quality over a paycheck for once? Conan's not going to be living in a dumpster after any of this. Carson Daly, on the other hand ...
Related, and funny: Sons of Anarchy creator Kurt Suttor has drafted NBC exec Jeff Zucker's apology. It probably doesn't go far enough.
