Jazz Legend in SLC

Jazz fans looking for a show featuring a true blue American jazz master would be hard-pressed to do any better than Ahmad Jamal. For six decades now, Jamal has been demonstrating his unique brand of piano virtuosity and musical creativity. --- His latest record release -- A Quiet Time -- proves that his chops and writing skills are as sharp as ever. It's currently available only as an import and download but it'll be released in the U.S. later this month. As for his older stuff, I wore out my copy of "Happy Moods" many years ago.
