Utah chef on TODAY

Zane Holmquist, executive chef at Deer Valley's Stein Eriksen Lodge, appeared on NBC's TODAY this morning, cooking up a batch of Norwegian potato pancakes. --- I was sort of hoping that they'd ask Zane about the amazing tatoo/fresco he has across his backside.
