I am all for simplifying life, especially in the kitchen. Which is why twice this summer I turned to the seafood market at Market Street for my grilling needs. --- Specifically, I cooked a couple of their ready-to-grill whole salmons, which were huge hits with friends and family. For about 5 bucks per pound ($25 for a 5-lb. salmon), you can pick up a salmon at the Market Street fish market that has been gutted, seasoned, and stuffed with lemons and fresh dill, then encased in chicken wire, so it doesn't come apart on the grill.

You simply toss the whole salmon onto a hot grill or under a broiler (I cooked mine about 10 minutes per side) and viola!, you've got a salmon that's ready to eat without any fuss at all. The cooked skin peels off effortlessly and this salmon is really, really juicy and delicious. I suggest giving Market Street's ready-to-grill salmon a try before the snow begins to fly.
