Blue Boar Inn wins my vote for the best-decorated booth at Saturday's Sundance Food & Wine Festival. --- Blue Boar Inn Executive Chef Eric May, with assistance from Vine Lore's Gus Magann, roasted an entire pig under the coals for his luscious, tender pork sandwiches. All that was left of that delectable piggie was the head. I hope someone eventually cracked that sucker open too!
