Rich's Corner Grill

I think we're all excited to see street-food vendors thriving this summer. Today, I visited Rich's Corner Grill on the S.E. corner of Main and 2nd South. Rich specializes in burgers.however, I tried his grilled vegetable sandwich, which consists of grilled zucchini, onions and mushrooms with provalone cheese on an asiago roll. It was fabulous-fast food for vegetarians. Rich provides an impressive selection of quasi-gourmet burgers from mushroom provalone burgers to green chile cheese burgers. His service is fast and friendly, always sending you off with "Have a super day!"
